• Palm:  In the 'Palm' Restaurant Blue Waters guests can enjoy outdoor dining while relaxing in the gentle Caribbean Sea breeze, with spectacular views of the hotel bay.  Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served in the 'Palm' Restaurant. Breakfast is served as a buffet while there is the option of either buffet or menu dining for lunch and dinner.  The cuisine in 'Palm' is varied, drawing influence from a variety of different cultures and backgrounds. Many vegetarian and healthy options are available, in combination with some of the more indulging of culinary delights.
• Vyvien's:  However, for those nights when our guests really feel like treating themselves, "Vyvien's" a la carte restaurant offers an extensive list of some of the worlds most tantalizing and tempting wines and cuisine.  Again drawing influence from a variety of different cultures, yet this time with a view to providing the ultimate dining experience, "Vyvien's" Restaurant tends to delight our guests again and again.  This fully air-conditioned restaurant is only available for evening meals.
• Barbecue:  With the pool side barbecue a veritable feast is set once a week, combining traditional barbecue cooking with authentic Caribbean cuisine. Our guests enjoy truly authentic al fresco dining in an idyllic candlelit environment, nestled between the hotel and the sea
