Situated on a glorious stretch of white sandy beach on the Barbados South Coast stretching over 1,500 feet, Turtle Beach Resort has three natural pools and a spacious Jacuzzi in which to relax. Turtle Beach Resort is located at Dover, on the South Coast of Barbados, just 20 minutes drive from Grantley Adams International Airport, 15 minutes from the cosmopolitan capital of Bridgetown and just three minutes from St Lawrence Gap with its bustling night life.   The hotel also has a number of shops.

On most evenings the hotel provides live entertainment, including calypso, jazz and other rhythmic music.he atmosphere far exceeds what you would typically expect from an all-inclusive.  Instead of group activities and buffet lines, you'll find individualized activity planning from the staff and restaurants with menus and waiters.  The overall atmosphere is calm with individualized service and attention.  Now that's what I call having your cake and eating it too!

Turtle Beach Resort has 166 ocean-view suites, all with their own patio or balcony, air-conditioning, bath tub and shower, hairdryer, satellite TV, clock radio, mini-fridge and personal safe.  Also available are one bedroom suites with separate living area. 

Dining

RESTAURANTS & BARS

Turtle Beach Resort has three restaurants:

• Chelonia: An elegantly styled, open-air restaurant reaching two stories high and offering fine, creative, cuisine. This is the main dining area for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

• The Waterfront: situated right on the beach, is the ideal venue for dining "al fresco". It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

• Blue Turtle Sports Bar: Has views of the tennis courts and offers a casual location for all-day light snacks. In the evening there are themed international buffets from Italian to traditional Caribbean.

Dress code at Turtle Beach Resort restaurants is elegantly casual.

Each restaurant has its own bar.

For a wider range of dining choice within Elegant Hotels in Barbados, guests enjoying an all-inclusive package, or staying on a half-board accommodation basis, are not limited to their own hotels when it comes to dining.

To extend the range of choice, Elegant Hotels offer an Exchange Dining Program (subject to availability and certain conditions) between all their properties in Barbados.

The island's most flexible hotel dining option, it means that guests have the choice of 11 restaurants within the group available at the following hotels: Colony Club, Tamarind Cove, Coconut Creek, Crystal Cove and Turtle Beach Resort.
