This new full service luxury resort offers 200 suites situated on 30 spectacular waterfront acres, hidden away on the untouched northeast coast of Antigua. It lies adjacent to a designated National Park and incorporates marked nature trails, powder soft white sand beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters where guest enjoy a breath-taking authentic tropical island experience. All spacious villas blend classic Caribbean style with modern comforts many of the villas are oceanfront, all with stunning views of the bay & ocean. Each single story duplex is 700 square feet. The combined living and sleeping areas include a king size bed and queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to four people. The convenient interconnecting Verandah doors between adjoining suites mean easy access for family and friends.

Suite amenities include: air-conditioning, alarm clock, balcony or patio, bathroom with bathtub, shower and his & her sinks, CD/DVD Player, ceiling fan, coffee/tea maker, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, kitchenette, maid service, mini-fridge, microwave, radio, safety deposit box, smoke detector, sprinkler system, television (satellite), in suite safe, telephone (direct-dial) and internet access (wireless). Cots and cribs can be requested for an additional fee.

Interconnecting suites are available via an outside Verandah door.

Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

• BAY VIEW SUITE: single story duplex villas approximately 700 square feet in Classic Caribbean styled architecture. A combined living and sleeping area includes a king size bed and queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to four people. A convenient interconnecting verandah door between adjoining units for easy access for family and friends. 

• OCEANFRONT SUITE: Same amenities as the Bay View Suites however, with direct oceanfront views.

Early check-in and late check-out on request, and subject to availability.

Children Policy: 

• EP - Children 2-11 years stay free when sharing a room with one or more adults. Infants under 2 are free of charge.
• AI - Up to 2 children 2-11 years charged a children's per night rate when sharing a room with one or more adults. Infants under 2 are free of charge.

• VERANDAH BISTRO Air-conditioned open for dinner only. All Inclusive guests will pay an additional supplement per person.

Dress Code:
In the restaurants, shoes are worn and bathing suits are covered. After 6:30pm, men wear long pants or stylish jeans and collared shirt with short or long sleeves (no t-shirts or tank tops). Women wear dresses, skirts, long pants or stylish jeans, culottes or tailored Bermuda-length shorts (no "short-shorts" or cutoffs)
